I ordered a set of 6 crochet edged hankies, in different colours & in a specific size. Veena sent me pictures of the thread colours & sought my approval before she commenced work. She sent me regular updates with pictures informing me about the progress of my order.
Veena finished working on my custom order much before the stipulated date. She wrapped it very thoroughly in tissue paper, packed it in a sturdy box for additional protective wrapping and shipped it through India post.
There was absolute transparency in all financial dealings. Veena then sent me the bill as well as the tracking details and did not charge me even a rupee above the parcel charges. I received my order in excellent condition and am extremely happy with her handiwork.
The hankies have been beautifully handcrafted with care and precision. They match the requirements of my pooja room perfectly. Veena had even taken the trouble of pressing the hankies before packing them. I was even more surprised and delighted when I saw that Veena had tucked in a lovely yellow and green circular bookmark as a token of appreciation.
